Local organizing committee has to inform that visa issuing procedure may take up to 1 month (must be checked with your nearest Russian Embassy). Plus, preparation of official invitation may take up to 4-5 weeks. Total time can be up to three months due to strict immigration laws of Russian Federation.

Invitation procedure would be started after your registration is complete.

In case you need the visa to enter Russian Federation, please, fill in the following invitation form and send it to our together with pdf of your passport. The same must be done for your accompanying person.

Please be advised for entering Russian Federation your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the scheduled end of your trip!

Participant registration will be closed on the 1th of July 2014. However, we strongly recommend to perform the registration in advance to avoid any difficulties.


It is possible to get to Nizhny Novgorod by plane as well as by train. Taking a flight to Nizhny Novgorod is the most convenient way as it doesn’t involve transfer through Moscow. There are 9 flights from Moscow to Nizhny Novgorod per day from all main Moscow airports at the moment. Thus, it is possible to choose comfortable connection every day.

5 days per week there are flights from/to Frankfurt operated by Lufthansa (please check the flights, for Lufthansa schedule is subject to change over the season).

4 days a week there are flights from/to Prague operated by Ural Airlines
